WWE’s Executive Vice President of Talent Relations and Interim General Manager of Raw John Laurinaitis’s bid to become the permanent Raw General Manager, but take over Theodore Long’s job as the GM of SmackDown is expected to conclude as early as WrestleMania XXVIII in a winner takes all match.
The idea of the match would call for Mr. Laurinaitis to lead a team of heel WWE wrestlers to take on Mr. Long’s team of babyface wrestlers. The winning team make their GM be the permanent GM for both shows. There’s speculation that this match could replace the Money In The Bank Match.

Not sure if it would be a good idea to replace Money In The Bank with this match not unless the MITB is going to have it’s own PPV again like it did a while back. The importance of this match is understandable but it should be added to the event and not replace what is truly a highlight for a lot of fans watching WrestleMania.
