TNA IMPACT RATINGSTNA Impact ratings are in for last night’s Impact Wrestling live as it was the Open Fight Night edition. The February 28th edition drew a 1.14 rating and averaged 1.49 million viewers.

Should be noted that TNA Impact ratings this week saw great improvements in the key male demographics amongst 18-49 year olds and 1The Impact episode featuring Jeff Hardy’s return after a four-week absence 18-34. This may be due in part to the return of Impact Wrestling returning live for the first time in a month and the return of TNA champion Jeff Hardy who was absent all month long from TNa’s UK tour.

Impact ranked #26 in overall viewers, #27 in m18-34, and #15 in m18-49, highest rankings since 2012. TNA has not cracked the Top 10 in several months, but are coming closer than ever this calendar year.

Momentum from Impact’s strong demographic performance appeared to have¬† carried over to Bellator MMA, as Bellator outdrew Impact in m18-34 and was slightly behind Impact in m18-49.

Overall Analysis of this week’s TNA Impact ratings: First time that Impact Wrestling returned live from Orlando Studios, Florida and the return of Jeff Hardy equaled success this week.¬† All that combined with the great success TNA had in the UK and the unmasking of Aces & Eights V.P meant great television this week as TNA continues the path to the Lockdown pay-per-view in nine days.
