wwe raw ratings new logoWWE Raw ratings are in for the post Night of Champions episode as it pulled in a 2.9 rating with 4.05 million viewers.

These WWE Raw ratings are slightly up but similar to last week’s 9/10/12 episode that scored a 2.83 rating with 4.136 million viewers.

The first hour of Raw highlighted by John Cena confronting CM Punk drew 4.111 million viewers as the second hour did 4.119 million viewers. The third hour that was highlighted by CM Punk & Alberto Del Rio vs. Sheamus & John Cena in the main event would see 3.925 million viewers.

Overall Analysis: Very solid episode from this past Monday night as we saw JBL, Michael Cole, Jim Ross commentating that commanded attention for the whole three hours. It really came off like a throwback episode and you felt inclined to stick around despite some segments worth skipping. A bit surprised that the ratings didn’t go any higher considering they came came fresh off the heels of the Night of Champions pay-per-view. That combined with the early drops by WWE, Twitter that John Bradshaw Layfield and Jim Ross were going to be lending Michael Cole a hand. Very curious to see how next week’s episode turns out since the same commentating trio will be back as they’ll be interviewing Jerry Lawler since his heart attack last week on Raw.

Speaking of WWE Raw ratings, check out a new episode of The RCWR Show as it made a rare Monday night appearance following Raw. It was a very solid episode as Lee Sanders covered the fallout from the night’s episode with fan reactions. Check it out now in our archives by clicking here
