wwe raw ratingsWWE Raw ratings are in for this week as the final episode before the Royal Rumble PPV scored a 3.04 rating and averaged 4.317 million viewers.

These latest WWE Raw ratings are down from last week’s 1/14/13 episode which drew a 3.185 rating and 4.55 million viewers.

Monday’s episode drew 4.370 million viewers in the first hour. It increased to 4.419 million during the second but dropped in third hour as it averaged 4.162 million viewers.

Overall WWE Raw Ratings Analysis: Really don’t think it was a smart move on WWE’s part putting Rock and Punk at the beginning of the second hour. Honestly once fans got to see the main attraction of the night, there was no reason to stick around. The ending at the end where all Royal Rumble participants came out claiming to be the victor this Sunday before getting into a brawl was cheesy. There really hasn’t enough of a hard sell to make fans want to order this pay-per-view. WWE must have great faith in The Rock to draw in big numbers. Let’s hope that’s what will happen this Sunday.
