With the recent suspension of  WWE Superstar Randy Orton for violating the Wellness Policy, many have wondered who else has gotten in trouble. Below is our WWE Wellness Policy violations list of talent who’s come under fire from the policy put in place of 2007.

Underlined Terminations are cases where the wrestler was let go due to refusal to undergo rehabilitation in accordance with policy when recommended by the parent company to do so.

Bold=Terminations which is result of the talent was released due to a third violation.
